I was given a corporate email to send my concerns and sent off in the wind. I was even told I couldn't have a higher manager contact me or get in touch. Thanks for eating my time, money and movie experience hype. Mulitpe people had a horrible experience and all that was done was a refund. The overall level of customer service was horrible when you are affecting an entire audience. We only saw 25 mins of our movie due to the incident so we lost our concession purchases and there was no compensation back for that. What type of customer service apologies and charges for inconvenience? It is true to make sure the popcorn is hot and fresh because ours was old and stale. Management refunded several guests but some who wanted to see a later show were subjected to the extra surcharge for the later show. Even though there was a major incident during the movie it is managements responsibility for the overall safety, comfort and experience during the visit.
